Step 1:  Log into your Teacher Ease Parent Portal account.

Log on at
Click on the menu option Miscellaneous then on Online Registration
It will automatically show you your current student(s) and have you register them as returning.
Fill out the registration forms. (Please be prepared to complete the full registration before starting, you will lose any updated data if the forms are not submitted at the end!)

All students are required by State Law to obtain a physical examination from a licensed physician prior to entrance into Early Childhood, 4 year Old Preschool, Kindergarten, and 6th grade as well as participation in middle school athletics.  Please review all Health Requirements needed for your student(s) in the links.  Transfer students are allowed thirty days to comply with this requirement. 

Print off any forms that pertain to your student(s) HERE

Step 2:  Email, Mail, or Deliver in Person your proof of residency and other required forms.

Proofs of residency are required at the time of registration.

Step 3:  Pay Online, Mail your Check, or Deliver in Person your online registration fees.

Online payments can be made at the Itasca Web Store hosted by RevTrak. (Please be prepared to  enter your Student(s) ID number when paying.  If you do not know your student(s) number, please contact the school's main office via phone or email.)

certified birth certificate is required upon initial entrance into District 10 Schools.
